What information does PMG Inc. collect about me?

As our guarantee, every item we sell gives you complete satisfaction. If the item you purchase is not to your liking you may return the item, unused in factory packaged condition. This applies to new “unused” items only. Once machinery has been used it falls under exchange or warranty. No refunds on used equipment and machinery. All bag sales may be returned with no less than 5% used to receive a full refund. We guarantee all equipment we sell to be free of manufactures defects upon arrival. Once the item has been used and does not suit your needs or desires we offer exchanges for other equipment within 30 days. If the item is found to be defective it falls under the warranty provided by the manufactures. Please note we are very specific about warranties provided by each manufacture. PMG will not pay 2nd party repairs for warranty work. Authorization for 2nd party repairs will need to be authorized and paid by the manufacture of the product. PMG offers free labor on all warranty work done in PMG repair center. Customer is responsible to ship the item back to PMG without reimbursement. When choosing a product look very carefully at the warranty provided by the manufacture, this state’s their confidence in the quality of the equipment they manufacture. Only products with the PMG name fall under warranty guarantees, backed by PMG. Products with the PMG name and logo have full warranty including replacement and shipping reimbursements if needed.
